The Multiple Listing Service of Jackson compiles available real estate for sale by nearly 1500 local member brokers and agents. However, we realize the importance of working beyond the ordinary MLS search. Your personalized search may also include properties for sale by owner, new construction and targeted marketing campaigns to locate homes not currently on the market.
Our agents are also well versed with alternative buying opportunities including foreclosures, auction sales and bank controlled short sales. Often appealing, these opportunities require specialized knowledge and training to avoid potential drawbacks and pitfalls.
We will also work with you to expand upon your wants and needs in relation to your specific ability and offer guidance throughout the loan and purchase process. We also assist with the preparation of your offer to purchase and negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best deal for the home you desire.
Once your home is under contract, we will assist with the complex details to help ensure a successful closing including the recommendation of professional, licensed home inspectors and the negotiation of necessary repairs.
Prior to beginning your search we will review a Buyer Representation Agreement to formalize our working relationship and detail the services you are entitled to and what your buyer’s agent expects from you in return.
In the majority of cases our services are usually paid for by the seller through the listing agreement signed with the listing firm. When a house is listed for sale, the seller’s contract details the commission rate awarded to a buyer’s representative.
