Amanda Principe Overby was born to a career buying and selling residential real estate. The daughter and sister to a family of builders and the granddaughter of a commercial real estate developer and broker, this third-generation Washingtonian transplant has a keen interest in art and architecture (undergraduate degree in Art History and Archeology from the University of Maryland-College Park).

Licensed since 1998, Amanda had carved a niche for herself in Northern Virginia as a top producing Buyers Agent which has continued with her move to Jackson, Mississippi in 2003. Having achieved the much coveted Accredited Buyers Representative designation in 2004, Amanda has the benchmark for excellence in buyers' representation. Amanda and her husband live in the greater Jackson metro area with their velcro dog Peter Barker while daughters Isabella and Avery are away at college!
